Magic Outscores Hawks, 130-120
The Orlando Magic defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 130-120, at State Farm Arena on Wednesday night.

The Magic (26-32) erased a four-point first-quarter deficit during the second, leading to a 64-64 deadlock at halftime. They kept the hot hand in the third quarter with their most efficient stretch of play, racking up 39 points on their way to building an eight-point lead going into the final period. and Orlando then finished on a 19-13 run over the final 6:48 of regulation after the Hawks (17-43) got as close as 111-107.

Evan Fournier paced the Magic with 28 points, adding five assists, four rebounds and three steals. Aaron Gordon produced 25 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, three blocks and one steal. Nikola Vucevic generated a 17-point, 12-rebound double-double that also included three assists and one block. Mo Bamba went for 15 points and 10 boards, while Terrance Ross supplied 14 points, six rebounds and three assists. James Ennis poured in 12 points.

Trae Young overcame a questionable designation due to an illness to rack up 37 points, which he supplemented with 11 assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block. John Collins registered 26 points, seven boards, four assists and two blocks. Cam Reddish managed 14 points, three rebounds, one assist, two steals and one block. Jeff Teague contributed 12 points, six assists, three rebounds, one steal and one block, while Bruno Fernando drew the start and finished with 10 points, nine boards, one assist and one steal.

The Magic return home and take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night, while the Hawks remain home and tangle with the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night.
