Grizzlies Blast Nets, 118-79
The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Brooklyn Nets, 118-79, at Barclays Center on Wednesday night.

The Grizzlies (31-31) opened the game with nowhere near the same success they'd subsequently enjoy, as they actually trailed by a 23-22 margin after the first 12 minutes. However, they began their surge in the second, building a seven-point lead over the Nets (27-34) by halftime. Memphis would continue to gain separation in the third quarter by outscoring Brooklyn, 30-20, and they put an exclamation point on the road win by forging a 36-14 advantage during the final 12 minutes.

Josh Jackson led the Grizzlies with 19 points, adding one assist and two steals. Tyus Jones finished with 18 points, six assists and five rebounds. Ja Morant registered 15 points, seven rebounds, five assists and one steal. Kyle Anderson and Dillon Brooks mustered matching 12-point tallies, with Anderson adding five rebounds. Jonas Valanciunas checked in with nine points, 16 rebounds, two assists and one block.

Taurean Prince paced the Nets with 15 points and five rebounds. Caris LeVert collected 14 points, six assists, four rebounds and one steal. Chris Chiozza posted 14 points, three rebounds, one assist and one steal. Joe Harris supplied 13 points, eight rebounds, one assist, two steals and one block.

The Grizzlies remain on the road and visit the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night, while the Nets remain home and take on the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night as well.
