Timberwolves Get Past Bulls, 115-108
The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Chicago Bulls, 115-108, at Target Center on Wednesday night.

The Bulls (21-41) hit the ground running against a Timberwolves (19-42) squad that had played a high-scoring contest against the Pelicans just 24 hours earlier, taking a 29-22 lead through the first 12 minutes. Minnesota began to claw back in the second, however, and trailed by just three at halftime. The tide would then turn in the third, when the hosts erased their deficit and took a nine-point lead into the final period. Chicago would get within six points with 6:56 remaining, but the T-Wolves went on a 7-0 run to gain enough separation to notch the home win.

Coby White led the way for the Bulls with 26 points, adding six assists and one rebound. Shaquille Harrison furnished 17 points, two rebounds, two assists and three steals. Thaddeus Young and the returning Lauri Markannen posted matching 13-point tallies while hauling in four and six rebounds, respectively. Denzel Valentine supplied 11 points, two rebounds and one steal. Tomas Satoransky compiled 10 points, five rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Malik Beasley paced the Timberwolves with 24 points, complementing them with three rebounds and two assists. D'Angelo Russell delivered 19 points, four assists, three rebounds and one steal. Naz Reid generated a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double that also included three assists and two blocks. Jarrett Culver totaled 13 points and five boards, Juancho Hernangomez finished with 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists and one steal, while Jordan McLaughlin tallied 10 points and seven assists.

The Bulls head back home to tangle with the Indiana Pacers on Friday night, while the Timberwolves face the Orlando Magic at home on Friday night as well.
