Sixers Defeat Bulls, 118-111
The Philadelphia 76ers defeated the visiting Chicago Bulls, 118-111, at Wells Fargo Center on Sunday.

A 38-25 first quarter set the tone for the Sixers in this game, leading for all but five minutes. With that said, there were nine ties and 12 lead changes in total, with the Sixers never getting that lead above 15 points. Getting to the free-throw line was the difference in the game, with the Sixers hitting 23-of-32 and the Bulls connecting on 13-of-17. In addition, Philly out-assisted Chicago, 29-23, while doubling them up in blocks, 6-3.

The Bulls (19-35) were led by Zach LaVine and his 32 points, eight assists and three steals. Luke Kornet amassed 25 points on 10-of-14 shooting. Thaddeus Young generated 10 points and 10 rebounds. Tomas Satoransky accrued 10 points, four rebounds and seven assists while Christiano Felicio led the bench with 13 points and seven boards.

The Sixers (33-21) were led by Joel Embiid, who collected 28 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, three steals and four blocks. Ben Simmons accumulated 19 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and four steals. Tobias Harris totaled 14 points, three rebounds and four assists while Furknan Korkmaz led the bench with 31 points, five rebounds and three steals on 12-of-17 from the field.

Both teams return to action on Tuesday, with Philly playing host to the Los Angeles Clippers and Chicago remaining on the road to play the Washington Wizards.
