Declares for draft
FGonzaga
April 25, 2020
Petrusev announced Saturday that he'll enter the 2020 NBA Draft while retaining his collegiate eligibility, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Petrusev turned in a strong sophomore season at Gonzaga, averaging 17.5 points and 7.9 rebounds across 26.0 minutes per game. The seven-footer boasts a good touch around the rim, but his limited range and lack of shot-blocking ability may not translate well to the NBA game. He'll at least seek feedback from the NBA's draft advisory board before deciding whether he wants to turn professional or return to Gonzaga in 2020-21.
