Sixers Dominate, Secure Comfortable Win Over Knicks
The Philadelphia 76ers defeated the New York Knicks, 115-106, at Wells Fargo Center on Thursday night.

The 76ers (37-23) improved to 28-2 at home with another win in front of their crowd, although they had to work harder than expected to dismantle the Knicks (17-42) since they lost Joel Embiid midway through the contest. Philadelphia quickly grabbed the lead with a 26-21 score in the first quarter, and they extended their advantage with a 35-25 second quarter. New York didn't give up, however, and they won the third quarter by a 33-26 score. The final 12 minutes of action saw the Knicks trying to turn things around, but Philadelphia closed things out with a 28-27 score. With the loss, the Knicks fell to 9-22 away from home.

Tobias Harris took advantage of the fact neither Ben Simmons nor Joel Embiid were available, and he delivered 34 points while adding seven rebounds and seven assists. Shake Milton had 19 points, four assists and three rebounds. Al Horford came close to a triple-double since he finished with 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. Josh Richardson chipped in with 11 points, and Furkan Korkmaz added 11 points in 26 minutes off the bench.

Julius Randle was the top scorer for the Knicks since he ended with 30 points and 10 rebounds, while also adding five assists. Elfrid Payton notched a double-double since he contributed 18 points while adding 12 assists. Maurice Harkless contributed 17 points, four rebounds and two assists. Rookie R.J. Barrett chipped in with 15 points, six rebounds and also five assists.
