Dominated once again
MiddleweightOther
May 1, 2021
Bhullar lost to Andreas Michailidis via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Bhullar was knocked out by Tom Breese in 1:42 in his UFC debut last October, so in that sense, he looked better here. That's where the superlatives end. Simply put, Bhullar looks baffled inside the Octagon. He's either unable or unwilling to push the pace on the feet, and the end result is him eating countless unanswered strikes from his opposition. Bhullar is tall (6-foot-4) for the division and has an intriguing frame, but it's difficult to show less in your first two UFC bouts than we have seen from the 29-year-old Canadian. It's far from a guarantee that Bhullar gets a third opportunity with the company.
Will fight May 1

February 14, 2021
Bhullar (8-1-0) will fight Andreas Michailidis (12-4-0) at a UFC event on May 1, Marcel Dorff of MMADNA reports. An official location and venue for the fight has yet to be announced.
ANALYSIS
Both Bhullar and Michailidis dropped their UFC debuts via TKO and are looking to get their careers back on track. Bhullar is a few years younger than his opponent and has a four-inch advantage in height but both fighters are relatively inexperienced in the UFC and are hungry for their first win which should make for an entertaining matchup.
Not competitive in UFC debut
MiddleweightOther
October 10, 2020
Bhullar lost to Tom Breese via TKO (punches) at 1:42 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Abu Dhabi.
ANALYSIS
Bhullar's UFC debut was an unmitigated disaster. He appeared totally overwhelmed from the very start and displayed shockingly little awareness of how to defend himself on the feet. Bhullar -- who was scheduled to fight on Dana White's Contender Series in November -- stepped in here for Roman Kopylov after Kopylov was forced to withdraw for undisclosed reasons late last month. Bhullar will probably get another opportunity with the company because he "saved" this fight, but little should be expected.
Fighting Breese in UFC debut

September 26, 2020
Bhullar will face Tom Breese in a middleweight bout at UFC Fight Night on Oct. 10, Marcel Dorff of MMADNA reports.
ANALYSIS
Bhullar was previously scheduled to fight Bruno Oliveira in Dana White's Contender Series during November, but he'll instead jump straight into the promotion as a replacement fighter. Roman Kopylov originally lined up to face Breese but was forced to withdraw for undisclosed reasons.
