Shawn Hutchinson gives his analysis on every NHL-level trade that happened last week, including fantasy implications for all of the faces in new places.
This week's set of risers includes Matty Beniers, who's finally waking up after struggling for much of his sophomore season.
This week's set of risers is led by Detroit center Dylan Larkin, who's built on last year's career-high point total with another very strong season.
Latest Fantasy Rumors
Might have head injury
Chytil, who suffered an upper-body issue during a 2-1 loss to the Hurricanes on Thursday, is believed to be dealing with a head injury, sources told Arthur Staple of The Athletic on Friday.
ANALYSIS
The Rangers haven't confirmed Chytil's status, but if he really is dealing with a head injury, then there's likely no concrete timetable for his return. A head injury would also be particularly concerning in Chytil's case because he's sustained at least four concussions during his tenure with the Rangers, which dates back to 2017. The 24-year-old has six assists in 10 contests while averaging 15:56 of ice time this season. Vincent Trocheck will likely draw into a second-line role for Saturday's game against Minnesota if Chytil isn't an option.

Chytil will be entering his fifth full NHL season and already has more than 250 games under his belt despite the fact he'll turn just 23 years old right before training camp begins. He spent virtually all of last season centering New York's third line, posting eight goals and 22 points in 67 games, his exact totals from 42 games a year prior. Chytil was much better in the playoffs, managing seven goals and nine points in 20 games. The Rangers have dabbled with Chytil playing the wing, but that's not the preferred outcome for the team. Chytil has very little redraft value, but he should still be rostered in all dynasty formats. There's still upside here.
