After posting career highs in numerous categories, Manning signed a two-year, $4.5 million deal with the Blackhawks, but they reportedly expect the 28-year-old to contribute more defensively and physically than on the scoresheet. That's probably the right assumption since Manning -- even with a career-high 111 shots on goal -- needed a 6.3 shooting percentage, which was nearly 2.5 percent higher than his career norm, to score seven goals. He finished 2017-18 with 19 points, an even rating, 56 PIM and 113 hits in 65 games. Owners should draft Manning for PIM, hits and blocks; if he registers more than five goals and 15 points again, that's a bonus.
