SLATE PREVIEW
Tuesday's slate features 10 games with three teams playing their second game in as many nights and an equal amount that will lace up Wednesday as well. A major storyline tonight is whether Marc-Andre Fleury returns from personal leave to face the Devils, which is struggling enough offensively as is. Read on to decipher the busy DFS night, as it'll fire up with six contests at 7:00 p.m. ET.
GOALIES
It's unsettled whether Tuukka Rask ($9,100) or Jaroslav Halak ($8,700) will patrol the crease against the Hurricanes. The former has a six-game win streak and a .943 save percentage in that span while Halak hasn't lost in regulation since Oct. 10. The Canes had middling November production with 2.51 GF/60 at even strength.
Darcy Kuemper ($8,300) could be a chalky play against the lowly Blue Jackets, but he may be worth fading in tournaments. Columbus has averaged 3.5 goals over its last six home contests, winning five.
A 25-year-old, lifelong minor-league goalie is afforded his first NHL start due to unexplained goaltending woes at the top level. That goalie posts a shutout in his first NHL start. Jordan Binnington followed this script last year, and the rest was history. Chris Driedger ($7,300) recorded a shutout Saturday under the same circumstances and has the chance to write his own story. Sure, their situations have no material correlation, but Driedger has a favorable matchup to stay hot since the Wild have averaged just 2.41 goals per road game this year.
Anders Nilsson ($8,300) has been up and down lately, but Vancouver is an appealing opportunity to get back on track. The Canucks were brutal at home in November, registering just 1.06 GF/60 at even strength -- 30th in the league. Nilsson is high in the price range, but he could be a low-owned asset simply from the Ottawa tag.
VALUE PLAYS/ONE-OFFS
Alexander Radulov ($6,400) has worked his way onto the Stars' top line, and he's already logging considerable time with the man advantage, leading the team in power-play goals. The veteran winger provides a solid floor with nearly three shots on net, and his ceiling is appealing against Winnipeg's 25th-ranked penalty kill (75.8 percent).
The Sharks have afforded Patrick Marleau ($4,500) top-six minutes lately, and he's rewarded them with two goals over the last four contests. The Capitals' goaltending has shown vulnerability lately, so the 40-year-old is in prime territory to exceed his valuation.
Speaking of goaltending issues, Carey Price hasn't been immune with six straight losses and a 4.90 GAA in that stretch. Enter winger Derick Brassard ($5,600), who averaged a point per game in November and is set to flank Brock Nelson on the second line.
FORWARD LINE STACKS
Tampa Bay Lightning (TOTAL: $21,800) 
C - Brayden Point ($7,600)
W - Nikita Kucherov ($8,500)
W - Ondrej Palat ($5,700)
It's an expensive stack, but we know how this unit can erupt. Kucherov and Point teamed up for seven multi-point games of their own during November while Palat chipped in one as well. Meanwhile, Nashville yielded 3.76 goals per home contest during the month.
Philadelphia Flyers (TOTAL: $18,300) 
C - Sean Couturier ($7,200)
W - Oskar Lindblom ($4,600)
W - Jakub Voracek ($6,500)
The Flyers have won five of their last six outings and seem to like their current setup, and this unit combined for three or more points in three of those contests. With Toronto coming to town with the league's eighth-worst road defense (3.50 goals allowed per game), so the potential is high with Couturier and Voracek racking up 53 goals last year.
Vegas Golden Knights (TOTAL: $17,700) 
C - William Karlsson ($6,100)
W - Jonathan Marchessault ($6,400)
W - Reilly Smith ($5,200)
This line dug itself out of a scoring slump with a point each Monday against the Rangers, and it'll look to keep the motor revving against the Devils, who have allowed 3.67 GA/60 at even strength over the last two weeks. The trio works on the same power-play unit as well, raising their ceiling against New Jersey's 22nd-ranked penalty kill (77.1 percent).
DEFENSEMEN
Ivan Provorov ($5,300) has already notched 17 points over the first 27 games -- it took him 47 contests to hit that mark last year. The 22-year-old has registered a career-high 10 power-play points as well, and he'll look to continue the trajectory against Toronto's aforementioned putrid penalty kill.
With Alexander Edler (upper body) possibly sitting out another game, Quinn Hughes ($4,700) will serve as the team's top left-handed defenseman. The rookie logged a whopping 24:24 of ice time Sunday in Edler's stead. Even if the veteran returns, Hughes has been dishing the puck like a mad man lately with 11 helpers over the past eight contests.
Tyson Barrie ($4,500) was electric following coach Mike Babcock's departure with three goals and two helpers over three games, but he went pointless over the last two games against Buffalo. The potential is lethal for Barrie, though, as he's notched a 56.3 Corsi For percentage this season and started 55.3 percent of his shifts in the offensive zone.
