MacIntyre would have been a winner on the PGA Tour if not for a truly heroic finish by Rory McIlroy at the Scottish Open. Nevertheless, that showing in his national open went a long way to notching a spot on the Ryder Cup team and securing a PGA Tour card for 2024. Ball-striking has never really been the strength of MacIntyre's game, but he turned that around last season where he ranked 13th in SG: Tee-to-Green on the DPWT. Combine that with his natural ability on the greens and MacIntyre could certainly make a little noise in 2024. He has already notched a trio of top-12 finishes in majors at age 27. Read Past Outlooks

MacIntyre finished in a share of 60th place at the Cognizant Classic and failed to qualify for the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
ANALYSIS
MacIntyre came into the week holding onto a spot in the Aon Swing 5 with his performance at the Mexico Open, but was passed up with this T60 finish at PGA National. MacIntyre has the T6 finish at Mexico, but has finished T52-or-worse in his other five starts on the PGA Tour this season. The Scot will hope to get things going in the right direction over the next couple months.
