2019–20 Fantasy Outlook
Davis was a rookie on the PGA Tour in 2018-19, and although he played well in spots, he never found any consistency and ended up outside the top 150 on the FedEx Points list. He played well enough down the stretch, however, to earn his card for the this season by finishing in the top 25 on the Korn Ferry Tour Finals. It's not uncommon for young golfers to struggle in their first attempt on the PGA Tour, and with a year under his belt, expect Davis to show some improvement this season. Read Past Outlooks
Top-10 with eagle on 72nd hole
March 1, 2020
Davis closed with a round of two-under 68 on Sunday to finish in a share of eight place at the Honda Classic.
ANALYSIS
Davis got off to a fast start on Sunday with birdies on three of the first four holes. Oddly enough, he would not make another birdie the rest of the round and threw in three bogeys coming to 18 tee. After getting up close to the green in two shots on the par-5 18th hole, Davis would pitch in for an eagle to post his second top-10 of the season. The Aussie is really showing positive signs, finishing inside the top-40 in every one of his last six starts. Davis is not in the field for the Arnold Palmer Invitational next week.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Long, lanky and 23-years old, Davis made a splash in his first Web.com season by winning the Nashville Open and posting three other top-3 finishes. After a T3 at the Web.com Tour Championship, Davis sealed the deal by earning his first PGA Tour card. David was top-10 in driving distance, greens in regulation and putting average on the Web.com Tour in 2017-18, so expect that well-rounded game to fare well on the PGA Tour. There's plenty of upside but it may take a couple years before he posts a $1 million season on the PGA Tour.
