The Lions come into the contest in the midst of a three-game spiral, but the Monkeys aren't in much better shape after dropping four of their last five contests. Lions starter Brock Dykxhoorn is coming off an impressive seven-inning, scoreless effort versus the Brothers and seems to be adjust well to the CPBL. Monkeys starter Elih Villanueva hasn't been anywhere near as fortunate after stellar 2019 season with the Brothers (9-3, 2.92 ERA), but he'll look to right the ship Wednesday.

Liao Chien-Fu, Monkeys- Liao is a strong option despite the tough matchup against Brock Dykxhoorn, as he's posted a .358/.420/.601 slash with 24 doubles, one triple and nine home runs, along with 39 RBI. Additionally, Liao has struck out a scant 19 times across 248 plate appearances, making him a very dependable contact hitter.
