Boomer was a well-regarded recruit from the 2019 cycle, but the 6-foot-5 tight end never saw any action for Oklahoma State during his lone season with the program after tearing his ACL in fall camp and requiring season-ending surgery. Though he'll likely be back to full health for the start of the 2020 campaign, Boomer won't debut for the Golden Hurricane until 2021 due to NCAA transfer rules.
