Bell announced Jan. 8 via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Division II Virginia Union as a transfer from Virginia Tech.

ANALYSIS
Bell entered the transfer portal in late December and didn't wait long to find a new landing spot. The running back was a member of the Virginia Tech program for two years, logging no touches during his time in the FBS. He'll be able to compete right away for Virginia Union with three years of eligibility to go.
