Dominick Wood-Anderson

Wood-Anderson finished fifth on the Vols in receptions with 17 last year, and he actually missed a couple of games due to an undisclosed injury as well. He recorded 140 receiving yards as a junior, while also finding the end zone on two occasions. The Vols return all of their skill players from last season, and quarterback Jarrett Guarantano will also be back under center. Unfortunately, Guarantano had just two 200-yard passing outputs in 2018, and scored just 12 times through the air in 12 games. Better quarterback play might make Wood-Anderson a viable tight end option in the SEC, but combine that with a difficult schedule and the Vols will likely struggle passing the football once again in 2019.
