Returns against Rams
Carlyle (concussion) started and logged a team-high 17 points (8-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-3 FT) to go along with five rebounds, an assist and a block in Tuesday's loss to Colorado State.
ANALYSIS
Carlyle missed back-to-back games while in concussion protocol but managed to take the court Tuesday for the first time since Dec. 2. The time off did well for the senior and third-leading scorer (8.6 ppg), as Carlyle put in his best scoring total of the season. The Florida Gulf Coast transfer has been a big part of the Santa Clara offense when healthy, averaging 30.4 minutes per game.
