Raptors Best Suns, 118-101
The Toronto Raptors defeated the Phoenix Suns, 118-101, at Scotiabank Arena on Friday night.

The Raptors (41-15) looked like they hadn't missed a beat over the All-Star break in the first half of Friday's game, as they jumped out to an eight-point lead through one quarter that they'd expanded to 24 by halftime. While the Suns (22-34) put together their best stretch of play in the third quarter and lopped nine points off their deficit in the process, Phoenix ultimately couldn't come close to clawing out of the hole they dug themselves early.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 21 points, complementing them with eight assists and five rebounds. Deandre Ayton turned in a 17-point, 10-rebound double-double that also included one steal and one block. Ricky Rubio delivered 13 points, nine assists, three rebounds and four steals. Kelly Oubre, Jr. furnished 11 points, four rebounds, one assist, two steals and one block. Mikal Bridges and Dario Saric posted matching eight-point, three-assist tallies.

Pascal Siakam paced the Raptors with a 37-point, 12-rebound double-double that also included three assists and three blocks. Serge Ibaka supplied 16 points, six boards and one block. Fred VanVleet and Terence Davis netted 14 points each, with VanVleet also recording seven rebounds, seven assists and two steals. Kyle Lowry totaled 13 points, 10 assists, five boards and one steal. O.G. Anunoby notched 12 points, five rebounds, one assist, four blocks and one steal.

The Suns remain on the road and tangle with the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night, while the Raptors remain home and tangle with the Indiana Pacers on Sunday evening.
