DraftKings NBA: Tuesday Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings NBA series.

Guards:

Devin Booker, PHX vs. MIN ($8,300): Booker is averaging 35 minutes and 19 shots a game while posting a 31 percent usage rate. All of those statistics lead the team, and he should see even more usage with DeAndre Ayton (ankle) injured. It backs up his fantasy production, too, with Booker averaging 41.3 DK points per game for the season and 40 fantasy points per game in two fixtures against the Timberwolves. Minnesota is definitely a matchup we want to exploit, as the Wolves own the second-worst defensive efficiency rating on the road this season.

Damian Lillard, POR at OKC ($8,100): Lillard is probably the best value among the studs, as his 44.1 DK points per game are more indicative of a player closer to five figures. He's been even better recently, with Lillard scoring at least 36 fantasy points in 10 straight outings. The matchup may scare some people off but Lillard has shown he can still put up big numbers against a strong Thunder defense, dropping 38 DK points in his one game against OKC this season, despite shooting 7-of-19 from the field and 1-of-8 from three-point range. He's a much better shooter than those numbers would indicate, and he should be looking at a monster role with a matchup that has a five-point spread and a 228-point total.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, LAC at DAL ($4,600): Gilgeous-Alexander has been frustrating for fantasy owners but he could see an increased role with Lou Williams (hamstring) banged up and Danilo Gallinari (back) sidelined. In the first two games without those two, SGA averaged 28 DK points across 40 minutes a game. He's done that damage despite shooting just 24 percent from the field, and he could be looking at 40 DK points if he finds his shot Tuesday. Dallas has been struggling against point guards recently, as well, allowing the ninth-most fantasy points to the position over the last 10 games.

Forwards

Tobias Harris, LAC at DAL ($8,000): While the Clips will likely get Williams back, they'll still be without Gallinari, meaning Harris will be counted on for even more frontcourt production. He saw 40-plus minutes in the first game without Gallo, and that could be the case again Tuesday. With Williams available, Harris may not get to 20 field goal attempts, but he still has breakout potential at this $8,000 price tag.

Pascal Siakam, TOR vs. SAC ($6,300): Over his last 11 games, Siakam is averaging 37 DK points per game and has surpassed 4.2X value in all but one contest. With that in mind, this price feels like a bargain, as Siakam is performing at a $7,000 level. The matchup is also strong, with Sacramento ranking 26th in total defense while allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing power forwards. There's also a chance the Raptors rest Kawhi Leonard for a third straight game, which would only help Siakam's chances of having a big night.

Richaun Holmes, PHX vs. MIN ($4,100)/Dragan Bender ($4,000): With DeAndre Ayton (ankle) doubtful for this game, there's some serious value in the Suns' frontcourt. In Bender's start on Sunday, he put up a double-double en route 30.5 DK points. He was filling in for Ayton and Holmes (foot), but Holmes -- who's currently questionable -- would start if he's healthy in this game. Holmes' per-minute numbers speak for themselves, as he's averaging 18 fantasy points per game, despite playing fewer than 16 minutes.

Centers

Karl-Anthony Towns, MIN at PHX ($10,600): Towns has been one of the best players in the league since the Jimmy Butler trade, posting a 27.4 percent usage rate with Butler off the floor while averaging 1.5 fantasy points per minute. Over his last 13 games,, Towns is up to 26.2 points, 14.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.2 blocks, and he should continue rolling against against a Suns defense that ranks 28th in defensive efficiency and will be without Ayton. In his two games against Phoenix this season, Towns is averaging 60 DK points per game.

DeAndre Jordan, DAL vs. LAC ($6,400): Revenge games are always dangerous but Jordan is a great play in this matchup. Facing his former team is enough incentive to use him, but the fact that the Clippers allow the most fantasy points in the league to opposing centers makes this more than just a narrative play. In two games against the Clippers this season, Jordan is averaging better than 50 DK points per game.
