Exceptional in win
FSydney Swans
May 15, 2021
McLean scored one goal and two behinds to go with 18 disposals (11 kicks, seven handballs) as well as making nine marks and six tackles during Saturday's 72-42 win over Collingwood.
ANALYSIS
McLean hadn't showed tremendous fantasy value this season then set season-highs for marks, tackles and disposals all at once. Given that this was hist first time topped 10 disposals in a game, it's worth being careful if considering McLean until he does more to prove himself.
Career-high four majors v. Geelong
FSydney Swans
May 1, 2021
McLean netted nine disposals, four majors, four marks and a pair of tackles Saturday as Sydney edged out Geelong 90-88 at SCG.
ANALYSIS
McLean registered a personal-best and game-high four goals and matched both his top mark and disposal totals of the season in Saturday's victory over Geelong. The 22 year-old has yet to log consistent playing time in 2021, but over the span of Syndey's last two appearances, has nevertheless combined for 10 kicks, seven handballs, seven marks and six majors - the latter, fourth best on the team. As such, fantasy owners will want to see if the Swans' forward continues to gain traction over the next few weeks.
Out Sunday

Calf
September 12, 2020
McLean will not be available Sunday against the Lions as he is tending to a calf injury.
ANALYSIS
There's no official report as to when McLean suffered the injury although it can be assumed he hurt himself in last round's matchup against the Blues. McLean has only played in six matches this season and had a disappointing effort his last time out, registering a goal, two disposals and two marks. It's unclear if he'll be able to go for next Sunday's regular-season finale against the Cats.
Late addition against Kangaroos
FSydney Swans
June 19, 2020
McLean will start Saturday against the Kangaroos, Mitch Cleary of AFL.com.au reports.
ANALYSIS
McLean will get the start ahead of this game due to Justin McIerney's undisclosed injury.
