ANALYSIS
Treolar put up some solid numbers down the stretch but injuries and inconsistency meant he couldn't always be trusted in 2021. With a good effort in a lopsided GF loss, Treolar should still carry some confidence into next season.

Treolar (ankle) will be a test to return ahead of Round 21 against Essendon, according to head of medical services Chris Bell. "He hasn't skipped a beat since he's been back training with the main group. He will look to return to selection availability for this weekend."

Treolar has missed six weeks due to an ankle syndesmosis injury and is on track to return wit ha good week of training. When fit, eh was one of the top options for the 'Dogs thanks to a stretch of six straight games with over 100 fantasy points scored.

Treloar matched teammate Lachie Hunter with a game-high ten tackles, bested 25 disposals for a third-straight week and registered his best behind total of the season in Saturday's contest. The 28 year-old exits Round Four having now topped 100 fantasy points in each of Western's last two showings and currently averaging 92.0 points an outing for the year , fifth-best amongst all Bulldogs.
